Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Create and publish compelling job advertisements on various platforms
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct initial interviews and manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
- Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles (e.g., software engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Track and report key recruitment metrics
HR Business Partner :
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance mattersSupport onboarding and offboarding processesCollaborate with leadership to improve employee engagement and team performanceHelp design and implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with business goalsAssist in organizational planning, talent development, and retention effortsMonitor and report on workforce trends and HR metricsRequirements :
Proven experience as an IT recruiter with exposure to HR generalist or HRBP tasksStrong understanding of tech roles and the software development lifecycleFamiliarity with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Fluent in English (written and spoken)Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a dual-role environment (Recruiter + HRBP) in a tech companyWorking knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesExperience with ATS-applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, etc.) and HRIS platformsFamiliarity with work permit and residence permit processes for foreign employeesAbility to work independently and handle confidential information with discretionWhat We Offer :
