Position Overview

As a Partner Network Specialist, you will manage relationships with manufacturing partners, resolve operational challenges, and support business development efforts. You’ll work closely with the Partner Networking Director and play a key role in expanding and maintaining a strong supplier network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the network of manufacturing partners in Turkey, specifically in CNC machining and Sheet Metal Forming technologies
• Engage with existing partners to increase their activity and support their development
• Evaluate partners on a per-order basis to ensure quality and performance
• Conduct on-site visits and attend manufacturing-related fairs and events to connect with potential new partners
• Oversee the partner registration process in the ERP system and ensure smooth onboarding
• Identify partner needs and support targeted marketing initiatives
