General Manager (Premier Service Provider)

Job Description

Directly reporting to the Company Owner and Board of Directors, managing +100 M Euro revenue, the professional will be accountable for :

• Developing the vision, mission and strategy of the business and leading the execution with her / his key leadership team
• Overseeing full P&L, securing the fulfillment of all commercial and financial targets in accordance with set ambitious short and long-term goals
• Orchestrating the whole operations with hands-on approach to ensure optimized capacity utilization rate and patient experience journey
• Smoothly steering the corporate transformation agenda (processes, systems)
• Analyzing sector trends regionally / globally, advising the Company Owner and Board of Directors on possible improvement and investment areas
• Coaching and empowering staff to take controlled initiatives within the delegated authorities
