Cloud Ecosystem Operation Manager - Chinese Proficiency Required

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Excellence : Lead the establishment and management of operational systems that enhance the large-scale operation of developers, community engagement, and event management within the cloud ecosystem.
• Competitive Analysis : Conduct thorough analyses of competitive products and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation in our offerings.
• Developer Engagement : Foster strong relationships with developers through community initiatives, technical content, and support programs, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed on our platform.
• Program Development : Assist in the planning and execution of developer programs and activities, including workshops, hackathons, and webinars, to enhance participation and user engagement.
• Data-Driven Insights : Utilize analytics to track the effectiveness of operational strategies and programs, adjusting tactics as needed to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
