Description :

• Assist Influencer Marketing Strategy, including earned media activations, paid partnerships, creative seedings, and events.
• Analyze the performance of Influencer marketing and social media campaigns using tracking tools (Tagger, Emplifi etc.), identify areas for improvement, and assist implementing optimization strategies.
• Preparing influencer brief documents based on brands’ needs & expectations.
• Create locally relevant IG & TikTok content, review and localize global assets to align with consumer preferences, maintain consistent brand messaging across various channels, such as our own websites, e-retailer platforms, and social media.
• Monitor & report current skincare & makeup trends closely, especially on TikTok.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of owned and earned media efforts with product releases, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
• Monitor competitors' social media presence & influencer activations, provide insights & recommendations based on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Oversee the management of owned platforms, including community management, to ensure a consistent brand presence and engage with our audience effectively.
• Providing all documents, visuals and needed materials to all agencies and partners.
