Role Overview :

The Key Accounts Sales Management team focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving business growth through strategic planning, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This role involves face-to-face selling of products, services, and solutions, client retention strategies, and expansion initiatives across multiple lines of business.

What You'll Do :

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop medium to long-term sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the company’s relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage all customer-related processes efficiently, leveraging internal and external resources to enhance service quality.
  • Represent the company by fostering strong communication with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.

Strategic Growth & Expansion :

  • Identify decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, especially at the C-level, to strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Engage with current customers to evaluate cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
  • Prospect the market regularly to acquire new clients within the assigned area.
  • Coordinate with the Global Key Account team to monitor global tender processes and maintain alignment.
  • Negotiate and finalize trade terms, annual agreements, and execution plans, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Participate in networking events with high-level decision-makers to expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and tailor solutions to meet customer requirements, contributing to overall organizational growth.
  • Customer Experience & Loyalty :

  • Resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to measuring and improving key account satisfaction, while enhancing the company’s brand image.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on initiatives designed to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • What Skills Do You Have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas,
  • Solid key account sales management experience,
  • Ability to work across departmental boundaries to resolve issues,
  • Ability to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles and planning for contingencies,
  • Effective and proactive communication with customers to build trusted advisor relationships,
  • Commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding environment,
  • Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking),
  • Proven negotiation skills with top management-level clients.
