Responsibilities

• Design, build, and oversee cloud initiatives, delivering best-in-class solutions for clients
• Stay ahead of trends, opportunities, and challenges in clients' markets and regions, and understand their impact on clients' businesses and initiatives
• Engage with client stakeholders; identify and capitalize on new cloud-related revenue opportunities, develop and support account plans focused on growth and client satisfaction
• Maintain a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of technology, customer needs, and business goals
• Mentor and coach both clients and internal teams to enhance their ability to deliver on the agreed Cloud strategy
• Drive cloud strategy projects, assessments, solution designs, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account / client portfolio
• Foster effective communication with key internal stakeholders, including Account Managers, Solution Experts, and Delivery Leaders
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to develop Cloud aligned account development plans
• Scope and price engagements, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery
• Support sales / pre-sales activities by assessing Cloud opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients
