Since 1968, we've provided expert services across life , health, and property & casualty insurance sectors. We value precision, innovation, and team collaboration-and we're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our consultants and leadership with daily operational efficiency.

YOU WILL :

• Provide high-level administrative support to consultants and leadership.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prepare agendas or documents.
• Draft, proofread, and format professional emails, reports, and client deliverables.
• Track deadlines and follow-ups to ensure smooth project flow.
• Maintain digital filing systems and manage document distribution or e-signature collection.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and communicate professionally on behalf of team members.
