What we expect from you : Managing daily schedule and ensuring smooth coordination Organizing and following up on meetings and appointments Facilitating communication and coordination across departments and stakeholders Managing guest relations and overseeing hosting responsibilities Preparing and tracking business and travel plans, as well as daily / weekly / monthly agendas Supporting high-level meetings and events by setting agendas and providing input Handling logistics for on-site and off-site meetings and events Ensuring effective internal and external communication through various channels (email, phone, documents, etc.) What are we looking for : Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Good command of English for daily communication and planning Proficiency in MS Office applications Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to flexible working hours ​​​​​​​#LI-onsite    Powered by JazzHR
