What You’ll Do

• Own and manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes (salary reviews, bonus cycles, benefit benchmarking, policy design and payroll data consolidation)
• Act as a trusted HR partner for people by guiding them on OD strategies, people development, and policy interpretation
• Lead and optimize HR processes such as performance management,career paths, and competency development
• Drive HR analytics (retention, performance) to support business decisions
• Partner with Finance Team to develop and execute personnel budgeting and workforce cost forecasting
• Align HR operations across Turkey and Italy, ensuring compliance with local regulations while promoting a unified company culture
