HR Business Partner

Your Role

• You will guide and support employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
• You will conduct exit interviews with terminating employees.
• You will support training policy requirements.
• You will file and monitor workers compensation and leave of absence claims including Short-term disability, Long-term disability, military, and FMLA.
• You will represent the HR department in safety committee activities.
• You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
• You will improve HR processes to achieve best practices by maximizing efficiencies in alignment with business objectives.
• You will interview applicants
• You will administer pre-employment tests
• You will process transfers, promotions, and terminations
• You will conduct training sessions
• You will administer on-the-job training programs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• You will maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs
• You will analyze job duties, write job descriptions, perform job evaluations and job analysis
• You will conduct and analyze compensation surveys
• You will assist with processing employee grievances
• You will oversee engagement programs and other employee relations works

To succeed, you will need;

• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits.Abiltiy to maintain confidentiality.Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Proficiency in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office .Knowledge and experience in SAPHighly organized and can prioritize multiple tasks.
