With over than 28 years of experience in the market, AsstrA offers logistics with a human touch via comprehensive solutions, encompassing all modes of transport and additional services.

What are your tasks?

  • Development of cooperation with customers in Turkish focus market
  • Customer portfolio management
  • Quality management of the service provided
  • Management and promotion of the company's brand in Turkey
  • Personnel management of the sales department in Turkey
  • Participation in the development and implementation of a development strategy in Turkey with Branch Manager
  • Tactical and operational marketing
  • Operational sales management in Turkey

What professional and personal competences are in need?

Work experience : 5+ years of proven experience in international forwarding company on managerial position

Hard Skills :

  • Knowledge and work with key market players in forwarding transportation in Turkey
  • Experience in working with large clients
  • Knowledge of local business culture, norms, traditions, customs of the country
  • Soft Skills :

  • Customer orientation
  • Good level of negotiation and presentation skills
  • Languages : Fluent Turkish, English, Russian (will be an advantage)
