What you’ll do
- Support process mapping, analysis and documentation efforts.
- Assist in identifying areas of improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure processes are followed and compliance is maintained across teams.
- Track and report on process metrics and performance indicators.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process enhancements.
- As-is state assessment- working with business units to have deep understanding of as-is state of the process.
- Focusing on pain points within the process to identify opportunity areas including potential benefits covering all possible benefit types
- Supporting business and implementation teams throughout the implementation journey
- Documenting all the channels and newly designed journeys
- Conducting business meetings and workshops within each stage of the projects of Vodafone Turkey.
- In contact with business units to structure best to-be state for each process.
- Anticipate channel capabilities and structure the solution accordingly to serve customers in an ideal way.
- As-is state assessment- working with business units to have deep understanding of as-is state of the process.
- Building appropriate and applicable to-be process design in an alignment with business teams and regarding stakeholders.
- Supporting business teams throughout change management process
- Documenting all the channels and newly designed journeys
- Conducting business meetings and workshops within each stage of the projects.
- Business unit management and communication to structure best to-be state for each process.
- Anticipate basic principals of each and every business department and their KPIs to localize process best practices aligned with Vodafone way of working.
The candidate will be working as a part of HR Team.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.5+ years of experience in process management, operations, or related areas,digital / process transformation projects in corporate work environmentFamiliarity with process improvement tools and frameworks.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Good communication and teamwork skills.Having a deep understanding of how to break the processes into small pieces and shape the best one by forming a great business caseHaving a strong appetite for understanding different workflows and processes within different channelsGreat communication and presentation skills including attractive presentation preparationsFluent English both in writing and speaking to sustain periodical update meetings with Vodafone Group.Experience in process designing and data analysis.
