Currently, we are looking for Long-Term Management Trainees for Spare Parts Planning and After Sales departments.

This temporary role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience and insights into the application process and projects.

How You Will Contribute

In this role, you are expected to :

Support technical documentations and projects

Provides assistance and support to the team

Supporting engine overhaul process, filling out necessary quality reports, tracking project lead time

Working with Rolls Royce Power Systems standards and ethical principles

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications :

University students or min. bachelor's degree

Able to work min 3-4 days

Fluent speaking and writing in English,

Problem solver, analytic minded,

Team player, self-motivated, result oriented,

Strong relationship and high communication skills,

Knowledge of MS Office Tools
