• Support performance evaluation process, succession planning and internal promotions through targeted development initiatives.
• Maintain and report accurate records of all training programs, including onboarding, legal, mandatory, safety, compliance, online, and service quality trainings.
• Play an active role in all Talent & Culture initiatives and activities.
