İş tanımıDevelop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business vision and regional market demands. Define positioning, value propositions, and key differentiators. Coordinate product timelines and go-to-market planning. Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements. Benchmark competitors and ensure compliance with local regulations. Work cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to bring concepts to market. Ensure all developments meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations. Create pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness. Conduct product P&L analysis to support financial decision-making. Design value-driven product packages and bundles. Lead the creation of marketing toolkits and product launch plans tailored to the region. Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction across markets. Manage product lifecycles from introduction to discontinuation. Recommend enhancements based on feedback, performance metrics, and trends. Analyze market share data and identify areas for growth. Gather actionable insights from diverse regional markets. Position product ranges strategically to maximize market share. Maintain agility to adapt to rapidly changing customer needs and industry trends.

A fast-growing international company in the sanitary-ware and equipment industry is looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to oversee and expand its product portfolio in the MENA and ASIA region.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing; MBA is an asset.
Prior experience in multinational environments and regional product portfolios is preferred.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
High commitment to meeting deadlines and business targets.
Deep customer focus and market awareness.
Readiness to travel across MENA when needed.
Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Familiarity with sanitary product technologies, tax and regulatory environments.
Awareness of industry innovations and market developments.
Fluent in English (Advanced level), second languages are plus.
