Responsibilities :

Responsible for developing efficient procurement processes, guidelines or tools and share best practices

Promotes process standardization and digitalization and ensures operational excellence

Analyzes current procurement practices / methods and identifies improvement opportunities and priorities

Defines / gathers / prioritizes functional requirements for (e-)procurement tools. (e.g. eP2P, SRM, Risk Management)

Manages tender process and testing / implementation of new tools

Further develops global guidelines and templates for relevant procurement functions

Prepares training materials, conducts trainings and communicates changes in processes and tools
