We want you to :
- Carry out accessories, advertisement and incentive operation of aftersales,
- Responsible of developing and reporting of aftersales Sales programs, activities and campaigns throughout organization,
- Provide solution to Dealer and Customer feedbacks and address these issues with responsible parties (Suppliers, Departments, Dealers),
- Participating in the creation of short- and long-term development plans and business activities,
- Preparation of weekly & monthly reports to management / tracking of dealer performance metrics and announcements,
- Supporting sales organization in driving after sales and services of respective products, providing relevant materials to them,
- Develop on time online and offline platform selling tools (Video, photo shooting, brochure or other),
- Carry out market research to ensure that our tools and branding are industry leading,
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings, Coordinate all Sales and marketing activities to generate leads,
- Optimize spare part price for maximum profitability and harmonize parts group profit ratio,
- Continuously monitor the market and products with regard to spare parts pricing.
You will also need to have :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Business AdministrationMinimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions, preferably in automotive industryProfessional written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skillsA collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skillsStrong numerical, logical and analytical skills with customer oriented point of viewGood command of MS Office programsWe Offer
