Road Freight LTL Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Road Freight LTL Business Development Manager to join our team. The rol will be for our office located in İstanbul,Turkey. As a Business Development Manager for our Less Than Truckload (LTL) groupage network, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our road freight division.

Your Responsibilities :

• Identify and target potential customers (shippers, manufacturers, distributors, who require LTL road freight services.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to secure new business and meet revenue targets for weekly truck schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored groupage solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and planning teams to ensure customer requirements align with truck schedules and network capacity.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for expanding the LTL network.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our LTL services.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback to senior management.
