About your role
Role of the Delivery Engineer :
Project Implementation activities (installation, test, configuration, technical analysis, preparing project documentations, providing technical training, proving support in warranty period...)
Carrying out support and maintenance activities in accordance with the SLA
Regular customer visit,
Regularly controlling customers' IT environment (capacity control, checking for possible problematic areas etc.)
Reporting customer needs to project manager
Fraud Scenario support activities (defining fraud scenarios with SQL wizard)
Operational support activities for customers onsite or offsite
Keeping demo system up and up-to-date
Presales support (Preparing H / W S / W requirements, Product demo, Presentation, PoC etc)
Analysis of cases in Jira to find common patterns between different cases
About you
Requirements :
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience within the particular area.
Good knowledge on ITIL Framework
Understanding of common software development life cycle methodologies
infrastructure knowledge (application server, database server, operating systems, hardware etc)
Strong knowledge of the Java runtime environment, advanced SQL, Linux and / or Unix and / or Windows OS (for O / S), Oracle and / or MSSQL and / or PostgreSQL (for DBs), and WAS and / or Tomcat and / or WildFly (for application servers).
Good knowledge of AWS
Have a basic understanding of CI / CD principles and practices, as well as basic knowledge of CI / CD tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, etc.
Have basic DevOps culture mindset
Experience in Apache Kafka is plus
Experience in Apache Flink is plus
Experience in NoSQL database is plus
Experience in code versioning tools like Git
Advanced English writing and understanding
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar fields
