What you’ll do
- Engaging with Global Leadership AoE Teams for design and delivery of global leadership development programs
- Translate improvement and growth needs into learning interventions and programs.
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning programs, including virtual and in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and other learning formats that engage and educate participants effectively
- Design, plan and deliver leadership development agenda align with business strategy for all management levels
- Establish productive, professional relationships with leadership community
- Being a trusted partner for management team to plan and drive continuous leadership development
- Prepare and manage annual budget for the responsible areas
- Vendor management during the program’s design & delivery phases
Who you are
Professional credibility, intellect and personal statue – strong evidence of influencing at senior level.Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skillsStrong prioritisation and planning skillsOwnership and DriveCan-do attitude with influence & impactStrong at stakeholder managementAdaptability to changeManagement of multiple activities in an appropriate manner within a fluid and fast changing environmentSignificant and diverse experience in HR roles, preferably gained in large, multinational environment or telecommunications environmentEnglish proficiency is a must
