PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

• Ensure that Supplier(s) allocated has the right appropriate Supply Chain Maturity and adequate capacity to meet Alstom’s demands
• Support the Supplier(s) to build establish and drive improvements based upon the audit results and associated action plan
• Contributes to have key Supplier Relationship KPIs in positive trend (On Time In Full, Parts Availability, Right Capacity)
• Be the Single point of Contact for all Supply Chain Inputs for Business Awards

MISSIONS :

MAIN TASKS : Anticipation Mode

In case the Supplier fails the FSCA, prepare an action plan for improvement jointly with the Supplier.

Monitor Supplier’s commitment to the action plan and intervene / escalate if at risk.

In case the Capacity assessment indicates risk, prepare a mitigation plan jointly with the SD Manager, engage with the Global demand management team to prioritize allocation in Short-run and align with CM for long term risk-mitigation

Frequent travels required for the position (minimum 60% of the time) – Domestic and international

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES :

Educational Requirement :

Mandatory : Graduated from Technical and / or Supply Chain Engineering degree. Master’s degree level or equivalent

Desirable :  Supply Chain or Lean Management certification.

Experience : Mandatory :

Desirable :  Worked as an SDPM in an Alstom site or any mass production industries ( railway, aeronautical, automotive)
