We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who is dynamic, proactive, and curious to lead our marketing investments in Turkey.

  • Develop and execute innovative digital strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage our audience in new ways.
  • Manage paid campaigns, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and social media to turn traffic into leads and followers into brand ambassadors.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and global marketing teams to align your vision with our objectives.
  • Use data to measure performance, refine strategies, and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure our content and messaging resonate with the local audience while maintaining the brand's global identity.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with agencies, media, and influencers to expand our reach.
  • Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions.
  • Organize events, webinars, and sponsorships to bring the brand to life.

  • Data-driven and results-oriented - you love both spreadsheets and creative ideas.
  • A natural leader, comfortable in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Experienced in creating engaging campaigns and generating leads.
  • Strong understanding of the Turkish digital market.
  • Fluent in English, required for global meetings.
