In this role, main activities include :
In this role as Order Handler, you will also act as an internal administration support for the sales activities.
Your tasks
Technical and commercial order clarifications (completeness, commercialconditions, technical, paymentterms, product configurations, etc.) and takeoverthe order fromthesalesdepartment.
Customer order entry in ERP (prices, dates, conditions, commissionvalues) and order acknowledgementtothecustomer.
PurchaseorderstotheFactories, Spare Part Centeror 3rdP supplierswithadequate time trackingtomeetdeadlines
Follow-up on goodsdeliverieswiththe transport suppliers and partners and ensure proper tracking and documentation
Ensureregularcommunicationwith all partiesinvolved in ensuringsuccessuloperations support processesforthedynamiccommercialfast-growingbusiness
Support allshipmentprocesses in coordinationwithcustomer, forwarder,customagency,salesortechnical support departments
Properlyrecordingof all ordersrelatedmaterialstothesystemfor proper invoicing
Delivery and paymentnotificationstothecustomer (factory delivery and crossdocking),
Follow credit collection process and call customers for current debts,creatingdunningletters
Tracking ofinstallationissues and claims (FQR, noticeofdefects)
Handovercompletedordersto LCS (Live Cycle Service) departmentincluding all documentsin linewithcompanyprocesses and policies and update CRM accordingly
Communicateregularly also withthe Finance team toensure proper alignment
Act professionallywith all customers, colleagues and businesspartnersfollowingthe Kardex Code of Conduct
Main profile requirements :
Basic technicalknowledge
1-3 years professional experience in order processing
SAP / ERP, CRM and good MS-Office knowledge
Preferably previous experience in multinational organizations
English - professional level
