Requirements :
Demonstrable B2B sales experience (0-5+ years) is valued.Recent college graduates with exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong aptitude for sales, a proactive attitude, and a clear drive to achieve results are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, or SaaS is a plus.Residing in Turkey with the ability and willingness to travel extensively to meet with clinics in person.Fluent in Turkish and possessing perfect written and verbal English communication skills is mandatory.A natural relationship builder with a strong affinity for sales. Proven ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively.Highly motivated by achieving targets and driven by results.Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.Able to analyze market opportunities, prioritize effectively, and develop strategic approaches to sales.Resourceful and able to identify challenges, unstuck themselves, and find solutions independently.Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new technologies.Demonstrable experience or strong understanding of how AI tools can be used in sales for lead scoring, personalized outreach, sales forecasting, or improving efficiency.Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records.Valid driver's license is preferred, but candidates comfortable and able to utilize public transportation effectively for travel will be considered.
