We’re looking for a passionate Senior Sales & Business Development Executive who can drive growth in our Digitalization and MES / MOM solutions. This is a high-impact role for ATS Türkiye, where you’ll be leading customer engagements, managing key partnerships, and orchestrating complex projects that bring real value to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Build strong, lasting relationships through regular customer visits and account management.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and Tier 2 partners , ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Lead sales pipeline development, from opportunity creation to closing deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage reporting for your portfolio.
  • Lead competitive bidding processes and contribute to market research initiatives.
  • Support marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling solutions, services, or consulting, with a focus on complex, project-based sales.
  • Excellent business acumen in solution selling, with proven expertise in managing competitive bids.
  • Fluent Turkish and English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and forecasting abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (50-80%) to meet with clients on-site.
