Purpose of the Role

Focuses on all aspects of Construction Management for a small / medium Site. Ensures planning, organising, directing, co-ordination and control of the construction force for the execution of a predetermined area of the Project, to obtain job quality, effective cost control and job compliance within the work schedule

Your responsibilities

• Coordinates activities as relevant
• Identifies and corrects problems of medium complexity associated with process, installation, commissioning, maintenance and normal operations.
• Supports on-going relationships with customers to secure future business
• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.

What you bring

Demonstrated “Can do attitude”

Experience within a mechanical workshop, mining / quarry / construction or heavy industry field would be desirable

Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer service orientation

Good verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team

Current drivers’ license

Ability and willingness to travel (and stay overnight) at short notice

Exposure to all FLSmidth products well regarded.
