Steam Turbine Field Service Supervisor

Seeking Steam Turbine Field Service Supervisors in Ankara for Industry Business Unit transformation, responsible for turbine installation and service.

Manage installation, conduct maintenance on Siemens Energy Industrial Steam Turbines, coordinate with team, and communicate job requirements effectively.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Site preparation such as preparation and check of tools, parts, equipment, internal resources and subcontractor resource activities on site required for the work execution
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of check sheets, test procedures, spare part's list, daily shift activities, status reports, field reports to the required quality on assembly / disassembly activities during all outages. Leading site activities, controlling technicians and coordinating other subcontractors
• Identify technical problems, take appropriate actions to resolve, provide expert advice and technical assistance.
• Develop positive relationships and work with our customers as well as counterparts in Türkiye and regional headquarters
• Align with the EHS guidelines and Quality standards in the related field works
• Actively support with post outage activities such as lesson learn documentation, staff survey and feedback on demand
