Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Support production to achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets
Assist with daily production activities
Define and validate manufacturing processes for new products
Prepare industrial documentation and define method times
Drive continuous improvement and implement product / process changes
Responsibilities
Provide technical input during design phases to improve manufacturability
Participate in prototype validation and P-FMEA
Request tools / equipment and write specifications
Prepare ERP routings, work and inspection instructions, CNC programs
Validate product and process via FAR / FAI
Support production during serial phase and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Manufacturing experience, preferably in the railway industry
Technical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing
Experience in ERP systems ( SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up
Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
Familiar with IS common tools
Experience with Process FMEA, QRQC
Time analysis methods (MTM, MEK, UAS)
