Job description
We are seeking a Test and Validation Engineer to join our team and support various automotive lifecycle projects. This role involves hands-on work in vehicle system testing and validation processes. The engineer will be based mainly at Karsan's facilities, with occasional domestic travel for project-related tasks.
This position offers a great opportunity to work closely with cross-functional engineering and quality teams while gaining valuable experience in a real production and R&D environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform test and validation tasks for vehicle systems in accordance with project requirements
- Operate and interpret data from testing and measurement tools (e.g., multimeter, data logger, CANalyzer)
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and test reports
- Collaborate with system design, validation, and quality departments
- Identify, analyze, and report faults or deviations during the validation process
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures
- Adapt to flexible working hours and occasional short-term travel as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechatronics EngineeringMinimum 1 year of professional experience in the automotive industryPrior experience in departments such as system design, testing, validation, or quality assuranceBasic proficiency in English (reading and technical documentation comprehension)Familiarity with automotive testing equipment and tools (e.g., multimeter, CANalyzer, data logger, etc.)Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and documentation skillsWillingness to work in flexible timeframesPreferably holds a valid Class B driving licenseIf you’re passionate about automotive technology and validation engineering, and want to be part of innovative projects, we would love to hear from you!
