Test Validation Engineer (Onsite)

Job description

We are seeking a Test and Validation Engineer to join our team and support various automotive lifecycle projects. This role involves hands-on work in vehicle system testing and validation processes. The engineer will be based mainly at Karsan's facilities, with occasional domestic travel for project-related tasks.

This position offers a great opportunity to work closely with cross-functional engineering and quality teams while gaining valuable experience in a real production and R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform test and validation tasks for vehicle systems in accordance with project requirements
• Operate and interpret data from testing and measurement tools (e.g., multimeter, data logger, CANalyzer)
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and test reports
• Collaborate with system design, validation, and quality departments
• Identify, analyze, and report faults or deviations during the validation process
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures
• Adapt to flexible working hours and occasional short-term travel as needed
