Ensure that customers are satisfied and successful in using the company's products or services.
Analyze customer feedback and develop improvement suggestions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and collaborate with the sales team.
Provide proactive support to increase product usage and customer satisfaction.
Track performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, retention, and usage frequency.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure fast and effective resolution of customer issues.
Organize and manage customer training processes.
Provide support during the onboarding phase to ensure new customers adapt smoothly.
Create reports and analyze data to identify customer trends and needs.
Communicate customer expectations and experiences to internal teams.
Aradığımız Profil
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Technical understanding and the ability to translate customer requirements to internal teams.
Experience using CRM systems and customer support tools.
Proficiency in MS Office and / or relevant reporting tools.
Good command of English.
Customer-focused and results-oriented working style.
Experience in technical industries (e.g., manufacturing, software, electronics, etc.).
Experience in process improvement and customer journey design.
Knowledge of after-sales technical support processes.
