Responsibilities :
- Responsible for process design (including automation) and maintenance activities
- Ensure that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled, accomplished and emergency troubleshooting & maintenance support are readily available as needed
- Analyze process; plan, develop and improve production, maintenance methods and industrial processes with using Lean tools
- Execute process improvement and problem-solving projects which result in increased productivity, reduced scrap rate or a reduction in operational risk with a multidiscipline team
- Standardize maintenance processes, machines and equipment
- Participate VA / VE studies
- Design and prepare technical specifications of new and current machines
- Analyze feasibility of the new products together with Product Engineering team, determining the production processes necessary tools, equipment and investments
- Support to Operation department with following activities : Training of both white and blue collarsRoot cause analysis and actions definition for downtimes and quality problems
- Maintain Key KPI’s, to ensure effective management and measures for success
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a reputable university3 to 6 years of experience in process development or maintenance department in metal stamping facilitiesGood process, machinery and maintenance knowledge about metal stamping processGood knowledge and experience in TPMGood knowledge and experience in automation systemsKnowledge about sensor technologies and signal processingAbility to read technical data such as complex technical drawings and machine detailsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, knowledge on problem solving tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Redx etc.)Good command of written and verbal English. German is an assetGood command of MS Office applicationsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) within global organizationNo travel obligationsCommunication & Collaboration : Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
