Test Team Lead

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our growing team as a Senior Software Test Engineering Manager / Software Quality Assurance Manager.

Requirements

• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing software testing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Define and implement the overall testing strategy for assigned projects, aligning with SDLC or Agile methodologies.
• Testing infrastructure (Underlying systems and structures)
• Lead, develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of functionality, performance, and security.
• Select, implement, and maintain automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and execute manual testing plans where automation is not feasible.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely identification and resolution of defects.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend optimizations to the testing process.
• Manage testing resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of budget and personnel.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments (development, product, management) to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of testing standards and procedures.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks related to software quality.
