Spare Part Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Ensure daily operation of inventory and order management systems to make sure system and physical inventory match each other at all times, follow-up part returns to avoid stock loss by unreturned borrow, comply with business process.

• Monitoring inbound & outbound transactions,
• Be responsible of the spare parts asset security for Turkey Spare Part warehouses,
• Manage faulty part / repaired part deliveries of Local Repair Center, according to Repair Center's workload,
• Weekly report unreturned parts and follow-up overdue requests,
• Interface to customer to improve service delivery quality.
• Organize monthly part return to HQ and scrap operation to improve inventory turnover,
• Manage LSP performance.
• Be responsible to complete stock counting process.
