Key Responsibilities
Ensure daily operation of inventory and order management systems to make sure system and physical inventory match each other at all times, follow-up part returns to avoid stock loss by unreturned borrow, comply with business process.
- Monitoring inbound & outbound transactions,
- Be responsible of the spare parts asset security for Turkey Spare Part warehouses,
- Manage faulty part / repaired part deliveries of Local Repair Center, according to Repair Center's workload,
- Weekly report unreturned parts and follow-up overdue requests,
- Interface to customer to improve service delivery quality.
- Organize monthly part return to HQ and scrap operation to improve inventory turnover,
- Manage LSP performance.
- Be responsible to complete stock counting process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering,Good written and spoken English,Familiar with operating inventory management systems, reverse logistics and 3rd party logistics partner management,Minimum 2 years of spare parts / logistics operation experience.Proficient with MS Excel and other office tools,Team player with strong communication skills, solution oriented, multi task driven problem solver with good organizational skills.Completed military service (or postponed minimum for 2 years)
