Job description4 to 8 years’ of total Credit Risk experience within Banking or Financial Institutions Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields Strong knowledge of relational databases and fluency in SQL Competent knowledge of SAS Tools Expertise in Python and common data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) Experience with mathematical / statistical computing software or other data mining skills Experience to develop and implement risk parameter estimation (PD, LGD, EAD) and ECL (IFRS9) models Proficient and experienced in calculation of IFRS9 Expected Credit Loss, Credit Risk Dashboard reports Credit scoring (application, behavioural, collection, etc.) and decisioning Project management knowledge and ability to work with diverse stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines Good communication skills and teamwork attitude Good research skills, openness to learning and development, acute attention to detail Proficiency in English Mid-Senior level Full-time Finance Banking
HR Business Partner Senior Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Monitoring, development and recalibration of credit risk models across all parameters (PD, LGD and EAD) within IFRS9 landscape
- Active role in monthly IFRS9 expected loss calculation process and reconciliations
- Data quality governance related to IFRS9 models
- Preparing management reports and dashboards related to expected credit losses
- Coordinating and improving risk management processes
- Contributing to the implementation of the Bank's credit risk stress tests
- Supporting analysis and studies for the needs and expectations of the shareholder, senior management, business units, BRSA and other third parties
- Contributing to the internal processes and policies regarding the Bank's Risk Strategy
