Social Compliance Auditor

Job Description

Plans, prepares and carries out audits in compliance with the accreditation requirements.

Coordinates the schedule and audit plan with the customer and, if necessary, with the auditor team.

Might lead the audit in the function of the lead auditor.

Records strengths, deviations, recommendations and evidence viewed.

Following all the quality aspects requested in the procedure.

Maintain data security and confidentiality.

Creates audit documentation and audit reports.

Prepares explains audit findings to auditee.

Audit reports must be generated and forwarded to technical review as per agreed timeline per audit standards.

Attend Technical review, comments on priority.

Comply to all ethical requirements of the company and strictly follow the code of conduct without any digression.

Experience & Further Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

At least 1 year experience as Social Compliance (CSR) Auditor.

Experienced in SA8000, BSCI, SEDEX, SMETA, CoC, social compliance audits.

Preferably have SA 8000 Auditor Certificate.

Excellent command of English both written and spoken.

Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.

Positive, proactive, strong and dynamic personality with advanced organization and communication skills.

Willing to travel both domestic and international.

Having a driver license and actively driving.
