Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Auditor to join our team in the glass manufacturing industry. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across our production facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in production auditing or manufacturing operations, preferably Experience in the glass industry (flat glass, packaging, soda ash, or glassware)
- Strong knowledge of production systems, process auditing, and operational standards
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP (preferably SAP) applications and knowledge of data analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments
- Good command of written and spoken English is required
- No restrictions for domestic and international travel
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the glass industry (flat glass, packaging, soda ash, or glassware)Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO standardsRole Description
Executing production audit activities to assess the adequacy of production systems, operations and applications within the in terms of performance, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.Auditing compliance of processes with legal regulations and internal policies, production procedures, safety protocols, efficiency standards, evaluating the effectiveness of internal control mechanisms, and providing recommendations for their enhancementProviding recommendations for preventive measures that are value adding, practical and improve on current operationsParticipating in and supporting investigations when needed both in Turkey and abroadPreparing audit reports concisely and clearly in a timely mannerFollowing up action plans based on the audit reportsKeeping up-to-date with current production technologies, monitoring technological developments, and assessing their impact on production processesFollowing national and international publications, standards, and best practices to develop internal audit methods and increase the role of consulting
