Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Auditor to join our team in the glass manufacturing industry. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across our production facilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in production auditing or manufacturing operations, preferably Experience in the glass industry (flat glass, packaging, soda ash, or glassware)
• Strong knowledge of production systems, process auditing, and operational standards
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP (preferably SAP) applications and knowledge of data analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments
• Good command of written and spoken English is required
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively
