What you’ll do

  • Experience in the telecommunications sector or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage complaints and crises on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools
  • Customer-oriented with effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and respond to difficult customer feedback with a solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to take quick and accurate actions during crises.
  • Capable of tracking, analyzing, and reporting complaints.
  • Collaborative and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments to support resolution processes.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Keeping up with ever-changing social media trends and integrating them into strategies.
  • Ability to maintain brand tone and image while responding to customer complaints, with a flair for creating engaging content.
  • Capable of analyzing complaint volume and customer satisfaction KPIs and providing regular reports.
  • Contributing to process improvements with a data-driven approach.

Who you are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High analytical thinking ability and result-oriented working approach.
  • Able to adapt to a high-paced working environment and flexible working hours.
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs.
