Responsibilities :
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new team members, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth integration into our company culture.
- Manage the asset recovery process during resignations, maintaining a structured and respectful exit procedure.
- Collaborate closely with internal HR teams and external HR service providers to streamline processes and enhance overall HR operations.
