Join Sanction Scanner as a Technical Support Engineer !

Are you passionate about providing exceptional technical support and ensuring seamless customer experiences? Sanction Scanner -2x Deloitte EMEA Winner & 3x Deloitte Fast 50 Winner- is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help our customers succeed by troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you're customer-focused, proactive, and excited to work with cutting-edge compliance technology, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing technical support and onboarding assistance to customers.

Monitoring system functionality and proactively addressing issues before they arise.

Identifying and troubleshooting root causes of issues using applications, Grafana, Postman, SQL, etc.

Collaborating with customer success, product, and software teams to improve customer experience.

Documenting and escalating issues to relevant teams for resolution.

Ensuring timely responses and systematic follow-ups on customer queries.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

2+ years of experience in technical support for a software product or application.

Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish.

Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Experience with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

High sense of responsibility and accountability.
