Associate SEO Consultant

Our partner is looking for an Associate Consultant to join their SEO Team. In this role, you will collaborate with Mid and Senior Consultants to execute and support SEO activities that drive measurable performance outcomes. You will gain hands-on experience across various industries and contribute to enhancing organic search visibility, traffic, and lead generation through strategic execution. This position requires initiative, curiosity, and analytical thinking, along with the ability to connect SEO actions to broader performance goals.

In this position, you will work within a team environment, actively contributing to SEO activities, updating progress in internal tools, and occasionally interacting directly with clients on minor deliverables. This role is an essential part of the team, ensuring that even the smallest tasks align with the overall strategy and client objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of practical SEO experience, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in basic SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console or Ahrefs.
• Understanding of how search engines crawl, index, and rank websites.
• Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving,
• Excellent attention to quality and detail, solid documentation,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Open-mindedness and a proactive approach to learning from peers and supervisors.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on connecting actions to results.
• Meticulous in completing small projects with minimal supervision.
• Eager to stay updated on SEO trends and implement best practices.
• Great work ethic and positive attitude.
