PLANNING AND CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job descriptionDesign and structure Customer Services and Support Operations, Ensure a seamless flow of products from customs to final delivery, Measure and monitor the cost and service quality of operations, Develop relationships with logistics, warehousing and third-party logistics providers, Manage the Customer Services team, Coordinate with distributors, manage inventory and oversee replenishment processes, Follow up on customer claims and complaints related to product quality, Listen to customer feedback and translate it into actionable operational improvements, Ensure that stock levels in our warehouses and distribution hubs are maintained at optimal levels to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries to customers, Responsible to develop and implement an accurate and well performing forecasting and reporting system.

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a "Planning and Customer Operations Manager” located in İstanbul / Ümraniye for our global business partner in FMCG.
General Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
- Minimum 9 years of experience in the FMCG sector,
- Fluent level of English both in written and verbal,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP.
- Strong communication skills, capable of managing teams,
- Results-driven, analytical.
