About the Role :
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Turkish Speaker) to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the online and digital advertising sector. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses grow by providing exceptional support across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.
Employment Type : Full-time
Work Schedule : 40 hours per week on a rotational shift (Monday to Friday : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM, Saturday and Sunday : 8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM)
Probation Period : 1 month before contract confirmation

Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in scaling their businesses across different digital advertising platforms.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
- Offer product and tool support to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze customer trends and resolve common issues.
- Gather product feedback from clients and share insights with the engineering team.
- Communicate proactively with clients, offering guidance on best practices and optimizing their use of our solutions.
Requirements :
Native Turkish speaker with B2-level English proficiency.1 year of experience in customer service or a similar support role.Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms.Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.Why Join Us?
