Job Title : People & Culture Intern

Position Overview : The People & Culture Intern will provide support to the People & Culture team to enhance employee engagement, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in EME P&C operations and understand the critical role that People & Culture plays in a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and those departing.
• Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
• Collaborate with the team on local activations
• Assist in organizing training and development sessions.
• Create POs
