Legal Intern

What's the role?

You'll be part of the Regional Legal and Compliance team and you will be based in Istanbul. You get to touch on different areas of business law with a focus on commercial and corporate topics.

Start date is as soon as possible, duration for 6 months and may be renewed up to 1 year.

What does the role involve?

• As intern in our department, you’ll be part of the Regional Legal and Compliance team You’ll work closely with the legal team and with different stakeholders in the business units in order to develop a better business and legal understanding.
• You will be involved in legal research, contracts review (NDA, Sales, Procurement , company’s housekeeping (AGMs, resolutions , internal projects, compliance topics, and generally support the legal team and act as interface between legal and the different functions and proactively escalate issues to the Regional Legal Team if needed.
