Regional Operations Manager - Audit, Quality & Compliance

We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager (with Audit, Quality & Compliance Responsibilities) to oversee and lead operational activities across Türkiye and surrounding areas. The role involves managing local teams, ensuring adherence to quality and audit standards, and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with global headquarters to align regional operations with strategic business goals, while promoting continuous improvement and compliance. This position requires frequent regional travel and strong leadership skills to manage diverse, multicultural teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage local operations across the region, ensuring seamless execution, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
• Inspire, develop, and empower regional teams to consistently meet and exceed performance and quality targets.
• Partner closely with global headquarters and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure regional alignment with strategic objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence.
• Oversee budget management, resource planning, and allocation to optimize operational effectiveness.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and quality requirements within the region.
• Facilitate and manage regional travel to maintain hands-on oversight and foster stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
