Customer Master Data Analyst

Job description

As Amaris we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Master Data Analyst to take ownership of customer master data processes and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization. This role will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business units, contributing to strategic data initiatives and delivering high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage customer master data governance and quality
• Perform data validation , cleansing, and duplicate record management
• Audit new and existing customer data to ensure consistency and compliance
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience , and other business units
• Document customer data processes and provide training for internal users
• Contribute to solution architecture and prepare functional designs
• Monitor and report on product data quality metrics
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for data-related issues
• Participate in data-driven projects across departments
• Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
