30% Field, 70% Office (Time distribution; including field expectations for events, etc.)
Tracks and manages the budget for promotional campaigns, while also contributing to event strategy, planning, and execution
Key responsibilities
Provides solution of daily problems between Sales, Support Functions, Trade Marketing activities and Brands.To support sales targets, study and analyze sales reports to keep track on the business. Implement action plans with District Managers to achieve the sales targets.To be in connection with District Managers at least twice a month to determine field needs such as sample / tester / GWP to achieve sales targets by door by brand.Controls and coordinates the gift, samples and promotional materials for store operation and special events in line with brand budget.Support the organization process of special events with third parties.To be actively involved in the special event processes of the stores and to control the preparation of all necessary steps with BA’s and District Managers.Creates the non-sellable orders for field team. (Hygiene supplies, blotter cards etc.)Completing order and PO process for Commercial teamResponsible for monthly budget allocation and distribution of testers, gwp and samples by brand, by door.Ensures that corporate discount approvals are received from the Finance Department. Responsible for creation Activity Forms for each campaign and follow up the process.Communicates with retailers and accounting department, control and approves each campaign invoice to finalization of campaign invoicing processes.Provides information flow by working in coordination with HR.Organizing quarterly regional meetings and determining the agenda.Setting up the meeting for competition analysis with District Managers and act accordingly to execute created strategies to prevent market share loss. Also support affiliate’s competition tracker reports & presentations for CS.Consolidate monthly brand activation calendar with brand teams and communicate to retailers.Setting up the freelance process with the related agency in line with the budget.
Qualifications
Qualifications - External
University degree Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, sales operations, or trade marketing Good command of English Excellence in Word, Excel and Power point Strong in multi-tasking Strong team player and communicator Strong analytical skills; the ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize; problem-solving abilities.
