Cybersecurity Talent

Technology provides the opportunity to get closer to customers and respond to them rapidly, which can significantly enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of a company’s operations. Online technology enablers such as social media, mobile connectivity, cloud and ‘smart’ eCommerce are continually shaping our daily lives. But at the same time, as organizations leverage new technologies such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0., Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning, new risks emerge, and data and information is under constant threat from attackers. Organizations must be prepared to combat against, manage and mitigate cyberattacks that can occur anytime, anywhere.

Board members and senior executives of the organizations are also getting more aware and concerned about cybersecurity risks. Therefore, companies thrive to put information & cybersecurity, data privacy and protection of critical infrastructure at the forefront of their agenda. EY has a significant experience in improving the information and cybersecurity posture of organizations all over the globe.

The opportunity

Successful candidates will find opportunity in helping EY transform our clients’ cybersecurity environments through new opportunities and solving complex cybersecurity issues providing them with objective and relevant guidance and consultancy. Another interesting opportunity would be collaboration with other EY functions such as Management Consultants or Technology fellows in large and complex transformation projects in financial sector, telecoms, energy companies, retails and government institutions as well as online businesses.

Experienced candidates may also be part of regional / global cybersecurity teams with project delivery responsibilities.

Required work experience are at least the following :

At least 3 years of relevant work experience

The ideal candidate needs to be able to lead cybersecurity assessments, advisory and solution implementation programs directly with clients.

This person must have a high standard of communication skills to be able to accurately explain cybersecurity issues and concepts to management and or business partners.

Ideally the candidate will have practical, hands-on experience with several, but not all, of the following domains :

• Governance Risk and Compliance in Cybersecurity
• Identity and Access Management solutions (Including Privileged Access Management)
• Application Security
• Network Security
• Security Operations and Management
