The ideal profile should combine deep technical expertise with hands-on experience in complex transformation projects from legacy monoliths to modern cloud-native architectures.

• Experience with insurance core systems or financial services domain
• Proven track record in re-architecting large monolithic applications
• Experience working side-by-side with cross-functional delivery teams
